Impact of the Black Death

Think about what changes the Black Death brought about. There were obviously negatives, cities decreasing in size, Christianity declining in support and finance. However, one could argue that the population was too large for European societies to support. The status of serfs generally improved and class divisions were not as apparent. it is also possible that The Renaissance would not have occurred when it did, without the Black Death.
